NN-Family APP User Agreement

I. Introduction

Welcome to use the NN-Family APP (hereinafter referred to as "this Application") developed and operated by Shenzhen Guangsheng Artificial Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company"). Before using this Application, please read this "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. This Agreement sets forth the rights and obligations between us and you regarding the services of this Application. By registering, logging in, or using this Application, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, please stop using this Application immediately.

II. Definitions

1. User: Refers to an individual who registers, logs in, and uses the services of this Application.
2. This Application: Refers to the NN-Family APP and its related services, including but not limited to applications, websites, APIs, etc.
3. Service: Refers to various functions and services we provide to users through this Application, including but not limited to artificial intelligence interaction, content sharing, social interaction, etc.

III. Account Registration and Use

1. Registration: You can register for an account of this Application via your mobile phone number. During the registration process, please provide true, accurate, and complete personal information and complete the registration process as prompted. We have the right to verify and review the information you provide.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for your account and password and shall not disclose your account and password to any third party. If you find that your account or password has been illegally used by others, you should notify us immediately. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to properly keep your account and password.
3. Account Usage Restrictions: You shall comply with laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, and use the account of this Application legally. You shall not use the account to engage in any illegal or criminal activities, and shall not publish any information that is illegal, violative, harmful, infringing, or infringing on the privacy of others.

IV. Service Content and Usage Rules

1. Service Content: We will try our best to provide you with high-quality and stable services, but we do not guarantee that the service will not be interrupted, malfunction, or have other problems. We have the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the service content according to the actual situation.
2. Usage Rules:
   • You shall comply with the usage rules of this Application and shall not abuse the functions and services of this Application. You shall not engage in any behavior that disrupts the normal operation of this Application, interferes with other users' use, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of this Application or other users.
   • The content (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, etc.) you upload, publish, or share when using this Application shall comply with laws and regulations and the provisions of this Agreement, and shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
   • We have the right to review, manage, and process the content you upload, publish, or share. If we find that the content is illegal, violative, or violates this Agreement, we have the right to take measures such as deletion, blocking, and restricting use.
   • You shall not publish, upload, or disseminate content including but not limited to the following:
     • Violating the basic principles determined by the Constitution, endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
     • Damaging national honor and interests, attacking the Party and the government, and distorting history;
     • Obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, terrorist, abetting crime, and violating public order and good customs;
     • Infringing on others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights and interests;
     • Containing false or misleading information or using deep synthesis technology to produce and disseminate inappropriate content;
     • Other content that violates laws and regulations, regulatory policies, or this Agreement.
     Disposal Mechanism: We have the right to take measures such as warning, deleting content, restricting functions, freezing, or permanently banning accounts depending on the severity of the circumstances, and may report to relevant departments according to law.

V. Privacy Policy

We attach great importance to the protection of your personal privacy and will collect, use, store, and share your personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy". Your use of this Application indicates that you agree to our processing of your personal information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy".

VI. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership: The intellectual property rights of this Application and all its contents (including but not limited to software, text, images, audio, video, icons, etc.) belong to us or relevant rights holders.
2. Usage Authorization: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Application and its contents under the premise of complying with this Agreement. You shall not modify, copy, disseminate, sell, rent, sublicense, or create derivative works of this Application and its contents in any form.

VII. Disclaimer

1. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for the inability to perform this Agreement or provide services due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, social events, network failures, etc.).
2. Third-Party Causes: We are not responsible for your inability to use this Application or losses caused by third parties (including but not limited to telecommunications operators, network service providers, third-party software suppliers, etc.). However, we will try our best to assist you in solving the problem.

VIII. Special Terms for Generative AI

User's Own Reasons: You shall be solely responsible for any losses you suffer or cause to others due to your own reasons (including but not limited to violation of laws and regulations, violation of this Agreement, improper operation, etc.). We do not assume any direct or indirect responsibility.

IX. Changes and Termination of Agreement

1. Changes: We have the right to change this Agreement due to changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, or other reasonable reasons. The changed agreement will be published on this Application. If you continue to use this Application after the agreement is changed, it means that you agree to accept the constraints of the changed agreement. If you do not agree to the changed agreement, you have the right to stop using this Application.
2. Termination:
   • You have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and stop using this Application. You can handle the cancellation procedures through the account cancellation function provided by this Application or by contacting our customer service staff.
   • If you violate laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement, we have the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, stop providing services to you, and have the right to take legal measures to pursue your responsibility.

X. Dispute Resolution

1. Negotiation: If a dispute arises between you and us, it should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
2. Litigation: If negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit in a people's court with jurisdiction.

XI. Other Terms

1. Completeness: This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between us and you regarding the services of this Application, superseding all previous oral or written agreements.
2. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity and enforceability of other provisions.
3. Notice: We may send you notices via push notifications, SMS, emails, etc. within this Application. The date of delivery of the notice shall be the date you receive the notice or the date displayed by the system.
